The kitchen is fully equipped with a large gas cooker and hob, a fridge/freezer and microwave oven. In addition there is also a washing machine, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space. I always want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live, so I also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all.

What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?
I prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 3 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances i will consider shorter lets. Just ask! :)

Do you pay a deposit?
Yes, just £200 which is refunded upon check out as long as everything is OK with room and up to date with rent. Don't worry about breaking the odd cup it won't come out of your deposit
