The house benefits from a lovely lounge / diner for you to socialise or just relax after a long hard day. There are also 2 shared bathrooms in this house so no waiting around for your turn and plenty of hot water.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker and hob, a tall fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine and plenty of cupboard and storage space. We also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board. We want to make it as easy as possible to move in and live so we also provide a set of pots and pans and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! Although we also provide a regular cleaner for all communal areas.

What's the minimum length of time I can rent for?
We prioritise tenants who can commit to a minimum of 6 months tenancy. However, in exceptional circumstances we will consider shorter lets.

Do you accept DSS tenants?
No, we only accept people who are working professionals for our properties or those on internships. References and background checks will be required on application.

Do you accept pets?
No, we do not allow pets. So you'll have to find another home for your pooch or moggy while you live in one of our houses!

Do you pay a deposit?
Yes, just £150 which is refunded upon check out as long as everything OK with room and up to date with rent.
