The only exception to this is if you are able to shower and change into fresh clothes before coming back to the house. I know Some work places/Gyms cater for this. There is a gym with swimming pool and shower facilities 10 minute drive away.

I’ve had it many times over now and I can no longer accommodate.

My house is spotlessly clean and smells fresh and if you cant abide by house rules of cleaning up after yourself and keeping yourself clean and tidy you won’t be a good fit I’m afraid.

Good personal hygiene is a must too. Shouldn’t have to say it but someone who doesn’t shower daily and doesn’t change or wash their their clothes often enough won’t be a good fit either.

Lodgers children can stay overnight by prior arrangement :)
