Bathroom :Big shower, bath, washbasin. Sauna, landlord's toilet separate. Big Kitchen fully equipped.
Choice of 2 large sitting rooms including garden-room. BT Internet connection everywhere.
Bus stop 40 metres, train (rail) station 300 metres. from Helsby connect to Chester city centre 15 minutes, Liverpool 30 minutes and Manchester 40 minutes. Local shops inc. SPAR, pharmacy, Post Office, Doctors surgery, cafe, hairdressers
House owner is well travelled (64 countries) and retired (age over 65). He is a Pluralist. He gives lifts in his car , small charge.
