Secure, warm, modern single bedrooms, wardrobe, drawers, mirror, quality mattress and bed. .
Bathroom share . Big shower, bath, basin. Sauna, landlord's toilet separate.
Choice of 2 large sitting rooms including garden room. BT Internet connection.
Bus stop 40 metres, train (rail) station 300 metres both connect to Chester city centre 15 minutes, Liverpool 30 minutes and Manchester 40 minutes. Local shops inc. SPAR, pharmacy, Post Office, Doctors surgery, cafe, hairdressers
House owner is well travelled (64 countries) and retired (age over 65). He is a Pluralist. He gives lifts in his car , small charge.
