Double room

I have two double bedrooms in a lovely spacious three bed house in the village of Holmes Chapel in Cheshire. Please read further details below.

Bedroom 1
is a good size, with a run of wardrobes with good storage. There is also a loft where extra things can be stored. It can be available furnished or unfurnished. For a lot of the time you would have the house to yourself as I work away.

Bedroom 2
is smaller and would suit someone working away from home, or visiting family.

We have a good sized kitchen, a dining room leading on to a sunny patio, and a spacious loumge. There is a spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.

It is a three bedroom semi in a quiet cul de sac, a five minute walk to the station or village, with a direct train to Manchester airport and Crewe. Five minutes to the M6 motorway. Ideal for Radbroke Hall, Manchester airport, Crewe, Knutsford. Holmes Chapel is a lovely village with everything you need.

I am looking for a mature working professional who is clean and tidy.

The downstairs is nice and spacious. There are two living rooms and two entraces.

TV, internet, and utility bills are included. There is a patio and garden outside, reached via French doors. There is a large dining room through to good sized kitchen, with washing machine, dishwasher, double oven and hob.

Upstairs there are three double bedrooms and a good sized bathroom with separate shower cubicle.
