Double room

I have two double bedrooms in a lovely spacious three bed house in the village of Holmes Chapel in Cheshire. Please read further details below.

Bedroom 1
is a good size, with a run of wardrobes with good storage. There is also a loft where extra things can be stored. It can be available furnished or unfurnished. For a lot of the time you would have the house to yourself as I work away.

Bedroom 2
is smaller and would suit someone working away from home, or visiting family.

We have a good sized kitchen, a dining room leading on to a sunny patio, and a spacious lounge. There is a spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.

It is a three bedroom semi in a quiet cul de sac, a five minute walk to the station or village, with a direct train to Manchester airport and Crewe. Five minutes to the M6 motorway. Ideal for Radbroke Hall, Manchester airport, Crewe, Knutsford. Holmes Chapel is a lovely village with everything you need.

I am looking for mature working professionals who are clean and tidy.

The downstairs is nice and spacious. There are two living rooms and two entrances.

There is a patio and garden outside, reached via French doors. There is a large dining room through to good sized kitchen, with washing machine, dishwasher, double oven and hob.

Bills are included.

Bedroom One - £600 per month
Bedroom Two - £500 per month
