Detached 4 bed house. View over the fields, 10 mins walk to Knutsford.

Hey I'm Andy, I work in construction software sales. I've been doing the house up for the last 3 years, its an amazing space. I'm not looking for a lodger who rents the room off the landlord, more a shared house that is relaxed and a home for us both. Very easy going, would suit similar person.

The house has loads of space, parking, a large garden and patio. There is a full lounge and a separate snug that's great for movies and another place to hang out. A huge kitchen and all the amenities anyone would want. Including a hammock, BBQ, good tech.. I have a very cool / friendly boxer dog, Winston, who likes walks and cuddles.

I stay at my girlfriends sometimes and she stays here a few nights a month. Happy if you have a partner for them to stay sometimes and would be good if you are also here and there every now and again. I work from home mostly and mix up what I do in my spare time between biking, hiking, gigs, some parties, travelling and seeing friends & family. I like snowboarding, cars, motorbikes, going to live music gigs, some club / festival nights and sometimes having people over.

Would suit male or female who does not work from home, but sometimes is all good. Someone who is equally sociable and laid back but has their own stuff going on. I am away quite a bit so you would get the house to yourself for several weeks a year and several nights a month.

Power, Council Tax, Water not included but a cleaner every two weeks, Prime, Netflix, Fast Wi-Fi included. utility room, small garage. Room is as in pics, can be furnished or unfurnished, you are free to do what you want to the room pictures, paint etc.
