The house is within easy walking distance to AstraZeneca, town centre and the hospital, with simple and quick access to the Middlewood Way and the Bollin Valley.

I’m very clean and tidy and would expect the same. Dog lovers an absolute must, as the dog is very loving…

I’m a fitness fan and there’s plenty of space to exercise here, along with bits of equipment for home workouts.

I’m LGBTQIA+ friendly.

Kitchen with use of all appliances including fridge, freezer and dishwasher, Fibre Optic broadband and all utilities included.
