There is a large bathroom on the first floor comprising shower and WC, and there is a further WC on the ground floor.
The ground floor has 2 large reception rooms and a large modern fully-fitted kitchen with integrated freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. There is an additional fridge freezer so there is plenty of food storage space for all of the tenants. Hot water is provided by a combi boiler which heats the water automatically as and when required.
There is a garden to the front of the property together with a patio area. There are two outbuildings, suitable for storing bicycles etc, and a covered carport with room for two vehicles. There are also plenty of additional free parking spaces to the rear of the property.

All bills are included, apart from potential fuel charges as below.

The rent includes a contribution of £60 per person per month towards the electricity and gas bills. If the actual bills exceed this then the excess is divided equally between the tenants and is payable monthly. Meter readings are taken each month to keep track of this. Any credit balances are carried forward to set off against future bills. If a tenant is in credit when he or she leaves then the credit balance will be paid to them.

This is a fabulous, large, character property with loads of space and is ideally suited to professional sharers. No smoking is allowed inside the property. No pets are allowed. It is not a party house!

The current tenants are professionals and they are very easy-going, friendly and sociable.

It is in a great location, being only 10 minutes away from the shops and pubs in the centre of Macclesfield, 10 minutes from train station and only 25 minutes away from Manchester airport.
