One double room with your own bathroom. It’s a 4 bedroom detached property on a quiet cul de sac. I have a newly updated kitchen, the house also as a living room and conservatory. Parking is at the front of the house on the drive. I am a 10 minute walk to the local town. I am a gay man so I don’t want any person to be offended who would be living here. I also have a dog and sometimes dogs stay here so the person would need to be pet friendly
