Shared Home with the Landlord

It’s a 4 bedroom detached property on a quiet cul de sac. I have a newly updated kitchen, the house also has a living room, conservatory and an office at the front of the house. Parking is at the front of the house on the drive where 2 cars can easily fit on the drive side by side. It’s in a quiet cul de sac with just 7 houses within the cul de sac. I am a 10 minute walk to the local town. The motorway is around 10-15 minutes drive away to Holmes Chapel Junction. I am a gay man so I don’t want any person to be offended who would be living here. I also look a peoples dogs so there will be a dog or 2 that will be in the house. The bathroom is for the use of the tenant and no one else. In another bedroom I have placed a double wardrobe to give more space in the bedroom. The bathroom contains a walk in shower and no bath. There will be myself and the tenant who moves in living here.
Any person wishing to pay weekly for short stays it will be £150 per week.
Must be dog friendly.
