Double room in Mobberley. 15 minutes to Manchester Airport and easy access to M6, M56 and M60.

Mobberley train station is less than a mile away and Knutsford less than 2 miles. There are also local shops and a bakery in walking distance.

The house is a 4 bedroom dorma, so the bedroom is, downstairs at the front of the house with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers In the room.

The bathroom is shared with 1 other.

The house is all quite modern with large open plan kitchen, dining, living space, opening out onto a good sized garden with large bifolds doors. There is also a small separate lounge/ snug.

The house has a large driveway for off-road parking.

I’m quite particular about the house being kept clean and tidy so must be someone who doesn’t mind a bit of housework.

There are currently two of us sharing and we are looking for someone we can enjoy a drink with but also respectful of personal space.

I have 1 cat so must be someone that’s ok with that and unfortunately I can’t take other pets.

Open to long or short term.
