The house is conveniently located for quick access to Manchester, Chester, or London. There's a bus stop for the No.88 service going into Knutsford, Wilmslow. Beautiful Tatton Park, is in nearby Knutsford. There is a Co op convenience shop across the road.

The kitchen is fully equip has everything you need with some storage. There is a nut allergy in the home, so no nuts or nut products are allowed.
