At the end of the road, you will find a bus stop for the No.88 service, which travels to Radbroke Hall. There are three nearby train stations (Knutsford, Mobberley, Wilmslow) that provide easy access to Manchester, Chester, or London, all within a short drive or walk.
Additionally, the M56/M6 motorways are easily accessible. The house is conveniently located for quick access to Manchester airport via train, taxi, or car.

The beautiful Tatton Park, Knutsford is walking (approx 30 mins) and driving distance (approx 10 mins), along with various gyms, restaurants, and a cinema. There is a Co op convenience shop almost adjacent, and Aldi, Sainsbury's and Waitrose in the historical Town of Knutsford.

This room is perfect for a respectful and tidy individual who is in the area for work and seeks a home-like environment. Please note that there is a nut allergy in the home, so no nuts are permitted. The rate is £595 for Monday to Friday (4 nights) or £795 per month for a full week. An extra cleaning fee of £75 per month applies for the 7-day option.

References that can be verified are required, and an in-person viewing is preferred. Kindly send a message including some information about yourself, your job and hours, and your main residence to arrange a viewing. Please be aware that the house is not suitable to bring additional furniture or full-time home office use.
