Peaceful room with double bed, in homely cottage located in Mobberley village. The room is currently being done up with a brand new linen frame double bed, photos posted soon.

Award winning local pubs, shops, train and bus stops close to the house. Beautiful Tatton Park is on the doorstep, along with a selection of gyms and restaurants and cinema. There is a convenience store is across the road.

House is within easy reach of Manchester airport, three train stations (Knutsford, Mobberley, Wilmslow) for links to London or elsewhere, and motorway links. N. 88 bus stop outside goes to both Wilmslow and Knutsford. Mobberley train station is within walking distance.

Ideal for respectful, tidy person in the area for work. Not suitable for working from home. Price advertised is for 4 nights/ week. The room is available 7 days at £945. There could be a small additional charge for a cleaner if 7 days. Viewing ideally between 8-14 December.

Nut allergy in home, so no nuts allowed in the house.
