I have 4 rooms available 2 share a bathroom between them and the other two are ensuite. The two ground floor ensuite rooms have a double bed and single bed and can comfortably accommodate 3 people.
The property is a large 6 bed detached house set in private secluded grounds in the beautiful village of Styal. Next to Manchester Airport. There are some amazing walks and cycle routes nearby. Great neighbourhood also a postcode perk is it has very low insurance premiums.
The house is generously proportioned with a huge 8m x 4. 9m open plan lounge and dining area, with real log fire and a huge TV of 82 Inches via a projector giving that cinema experience. Overlooking half an acre of beautifully landscaped gardens.
Pool table room, for those who fancy a bit of unwinding after a hard days work
A large 6. 4m x 4. 5m Kitchen with top-of-the-range appliances including an American style fridge freezer with ice maker, Gemstone Granite worktops, and a breakfast bar.
All bills are included in the rent, we also have wifi throughout the house.
The room is fully furnished including bedding
The house is split into 2 sections in the form of an L shape.
The main house has the 4 rooms available.
The other side is where we live.. so we are always on hand if you need us for any help or advice...for an emergency ..or simple little jobs like changing a light bulb etc.
