I am a friendly. female live-in homeowner looking to welcome preferably professional women/mature student in full time employment ideally working in healthcare, education, office based or similar roles to rent a well-proportioned bedroom (single occupancy double bedroom) in my home in Chester. I have 2 rooms available to rent.

It's a well-kept, warm and a respectful household in a gated close, ideal for professionals /mature students who value a comfortable home/ study environment and a peaceful place to relax after work.

The Rooms
- Fully furnished, built in beautiful oak wardrobes with full length mirror inside.
- Study desk with shelving in both rooms to keep books and other decorations.
-Comfortable double bed, underbed space that can be used as storage space.
-Good natural light and neutral decor.

The House
-Bright well-maintained property.
-fully furnished double bedroom.
-Shared modern kitchen and living space.
-Garden with outdoor space.
-Driveway space for 3 cars.
-Bills included (utilities, council tax – Band F, broadband)

Location - Upton, Chester (CH2)
- Sought after residential area, proximity to motorway, hospital, city centre, local shops, amenities and public transport.

Rent and Terms
-£670 per month per room to be paid at the start of month.
-All bills included.
-Deposit required. A month’s rent to be provided up front as security deposit.
- A guarantor is essential, but if you do not have one then can be discussed.
