The house is just a 12 minute bike ride away from Birchwood Science Park, and only 9 minutes from the many employers on Woolston Grange. And just a 4 minute bike ride from the sports facilities of the Crab Lane University Campus…though if you’d prefer to walk, its' still only 12 minutes on foot!
For drivers, there is (limited) off road parking.
With a bus stop just outside the backdoor, access to Warrington Town centre, Birchwood shopping centre and Birchwood railway station is easy.
The truth is, whichever of our properties you agree to rent from us, you can sleep easy!
To try and keep our houses as happy houses, all our tenants need to be fully referenced (this means you as well!), but the great news is, if you can answer YES! to these 3 simple questions below, we can usually agree a viewing**:
1. Do you earn more than THREE times the advertised rent? Or have proof of funds to support your application if you are a student?
2. Is your bank account never overdrawn and do you have a clear financial history (that means no active or satisfied CCJs, IVAs, bankruptcies or other debt recovery plans), ? - NOTE: this point applies to all adults who will be living at the property.
3. Are you planning to stay for at least SIX months? - Please state the minimum period you are looking to rent for.
