We have two rooms available in this friendly shared house. Furnishings include desk and chair as well as fridge/freezer (Room 6)

Shared facilities include a lounge opening onto outdoor space, 2 bathrooms and additional WC.

All bills are included in the rent* - this even includes a regular cleaner for communal areas and WiFi.

The house is just a 12 minute bike ride away from Birchwood Science Park, and only 9 minutes from the many employers on Woolston Grange. And just a 4 minute bike ride from the sports facilities of the Crab Lane University Campus…though if you’d prefer to walk, its' still only 12 minutes on foot!
For drivers, there is (limited) off road parking.

With a bus stop just outside the backdoor, access to Warrington Town centre, Birchwood shopping centre and Birchwood railway station is easy.

3. Are you planning to stay for at least SIX months? - Please state the minimum period you are looking to rent for.
