The ground floor room is for the maximum comfort of my guests. It has a small double bed (4ft) with new mattress, full size wardrobe and mirror, bedside table & lamp, desk n office chair with boosted internet access, a dining table with 2 chairs is provided. Plus a smart TV with Netflix, tea and coffee making facilities, along with a bedroom fridge, microwave n air fryer for your convenience.

There is a shared modern kitchen with washer, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, gas hob and electric oven.

There is a large sole use en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. Facilities for washing/drying/ironing clothes are provided. The accommodation is fully heated and includes bedding change and cleaning weekly. It is in an attached annex to my house which is accessed directly from the front door and it is your own personal space.

It is in a quiet location within easy reach of Daresbury Science Park, the Environment Agency and Warrington’s Business Areas. It is near Stockton Heath’s shops and stylish eateries, and close to public transport links and the motorway network, with off-road parking.

Access to a ‘sunny’ south facing patio via French windows and an outside seating area. I have a cat which is contained away from my guest’s room.
