We are members of the NRLA so you can be assured that we keep up with the latest legislation and make sure our tenants safety is Number 1 priority 100%. Also we pay for Premium British Gas Landlord Cover which includes boiler cover with gas safety certificate, plumbing, electrics & drains so if anything goes they come out to fix it the following day.
