We have a stunning modern ground floor flat in a very quiet house to rent. This has it's own kitchen with family size fridge. Bed with storage drawers and very thick comfy mattress. There is a large window with a black out blind just fitted. Plenty of Cupboard space and storage is provided. There's 2 shared bathrooms, the downstairs one being shared between whoever takes this room and the lady in Room 1 as Room 3 is ensuite so he has his own bathroom. This lovely room is in a VERY quiet house close to Stockton Heath and the Town Centre. The house is strictly non smoking inside all areas including rooms but there is a covered area with bistro patio set outside with ashtray. We have automatic lighting fitted throughout the property so as soon as you enter the house or step out of your room it will come on. There is a professional cleaner that attends each Friday to clean the communal areas (hall, stairs & landing and the two bathrooms in the house). We have British Gas cover so if anything breaks down like boiler/plumbing/drains/ electrics it is fixed the following day. Monthly rent includes heating, water, electric, superfast wifi, council tax & weekly cleaner but not television licence which is up to the tenant to sort if they wish.
