Room in a 2 Bedroom house all bills included

I have a 2 bedroom property with 1 of the rooms now available. The house has a nice kitchen big living room a study and a bathroom. Outside is a rear private garden and private driveway. All furniture is brand new and the room has just been renovated.

The other tenant is a middle aged man named Andy, Andy is chatty and cleans up after himself and I get on with well as the landlord. I’m ideally looking for someone similar to Andy who prefers peace and quiet in a nice house I have spent the last year renovating.

All bills included (within reason) and WiFi.

Prospective tenants will be subjective to reference checks, guarantors where applicable and pass an affordability check.
