Good size single room

The estate agent called it a double room but I would say it is a good size single room, furnished, bathroom is shared, second toilet downstairs with a shower in progress, kitchen and downstairs space shared, garden free to use with seating area.
Quiet village, close to A49 and easy access to Motorway,
Having had lodgers for many years, some were great, others ‘tricky’ so I would prefer someone who can supply me with references, ideally someone who is working and I would prefer short term lets, may be someone on a contract in the area for a while or even only here during the week, quiet and tidy. The house is simple and nothing fancy. I expect you to keep your own room clean and occasionally hoover shared areas.
We also need to meet and see if we both feel we fit together.
