I am looking for a lodger who would be friendly, tidy and clean. Although the room is not en-suite there are two toilets in the house and the house is spacious enough to feel like you have your own space.

The room has a double bed, side table, drawers, small tv and a small wardrobe.

There is plenty of room for off-road parking and the house is a 5 minutes drive to Winford station, walking distance to local amenities including a Tesco, Asda, Aldi, local shops and gym. The house is well situated within a 10 minutes drive to some really lovely country pubs.
