No bills such as gas, electricity, water, council tax and wireless broadband. The area is serviced by bus services and easy bike ride to Crewe station.

The house is furnished to a high standard to include utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Communal kitchen contains fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

A fortnightly cleaner for the communal area is included. There is also off road parking to the front of the house and road parking also available. The rooms available offer ample storage with wardrobes and drawer units. This room has hard wired broadband. Minimum 6-month agreement.
