Double room to rent with a view!

Hello, I am Creag (Craig).

I have a double room to rent with a nice view of the Ochil hills. It has been freshly decorated and has all new furniture, bedding etc. it has a desk and chair for your computer or studying etc. I also had a large wardrobe too.

I live I Alva with quiet and friendly neighbours. It’s only a roughly 8 minute drive to Stirling Uni and 15 minutes from Stirling. With regular bus links. There is a large drive for parking and a rear garden with a large summer house out back for relaxing.

I have two wonderful indoor cats Bearcat and Floki!

I myself am a HGV driver and work long shifts, so on the days I’m working you will unlikely see me. I am an avid gamer so you know I have good internet! I have lived in this property for a year and a half and I am still decorating so if you’re handy at DIY it would be a bonus! In my spare time I like to either relax, play DnD, go paddle boarding, or ride my motorcycle. I am an ex motorcycle instructor so if you’re looking to get into it I have all the tips! I am also a smoker sometimes a toker, however there is no smoking in the house itself, the summerhouse/garden is used for smoking.
