I am seeking an easy going, working, female lodger to rent my small double room. I have a fairly rustic but lovely, quiet cottage in Afonwen, situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Location is within easy driving distance to Mold, Holywell, Denbigh, St Asaph etc, and handy for the A55.
I have one indoor cat. I often work from home during the day but I am out quite a lot in the evening.
WiFi is excellent. Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube etc on TV. (No BBC or live TV currently available.) Alexa system in lounge.
Basic kitchen with fridge, storage space, microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, soup maker, crockery and utensils available.
I vape and I am happy if you would like to vape inside or to smoke outdoors.
This is not suitable for visitors, overnight guests or for working from home due to space and privacy please.
