Double Room for Rent up until end of February with a possible extension, it has a comfortable double bed with a big wardrobe for clothes storage also has a working small tv mounted on the wall, the house will be a shared kitchen and living room/dining room and bathroom it has a walk in shower, new carpets and curtains/blinds throughout the house it also has a conservatory which leads into the back garden with patio which can also be accessed via the kitchen, kitchen has a new fridge/freezer and washer/dryer too along with new microwave and air fryer I have only moved into the house in September so I have bought new kitchen appliances minus the oven/cooker and dishwasher, property is within 15 minutes walk to the bus stop which is down the hill and has good connection with Flint and its Train Station, there is a nice pub called the Blossoms and there are also a couple of convenience stores in walking distance along with a pharmacy any further questions please feel free to contact me

Currently it is only myself in the property and one spare room right now as currently sorting through moving in boxes but rental bedroom is free of them
