Double Room for Rent up until end of February with a possible extension, it has a comfortable double bed with a big wardrobe for clothes storage also has a working small tv mounted on the wall, the house will be a shared kitchen and living room/dining room and bathroom it has a walk in shower, new carpets and curtains/blinds throughout the house it also has a conservatory which leads into the back garden with patio which can also be accessed via the kitchen, kitchen has a new fridge/freezer and washer/dryer too along with new microwave and air fryer I have only moved into the house in September so I have bought new kitchen appliances minus the oven/cooker and dishwasher, property is within 15 minutes walk to the bus stop which is down the hill and has good connection with Flint and its Train Station, there is a nice pub called the Blossoms and there are also a couple of convenience stores in walking distance along with a pharmacy

Currently it is only myself in the property and one spare room right now as currently sorting through moving in boxes but rental bedroom is free of them
