Single room, with own lounge [ double size ] and own bathroom
Only one other person lives in the house.[Downstairs]

This is a very clean and quiet house,
No couples, loud music or anyone on drugs
and No working from Home

The other person who lives downstairs a family member is a smoker, but does so in his space only...no where else]

Most furniture in the lounge is brand new, and carpets have just been steam cleaned. There is a Tv and you will have your own fridge and separate freezer downstairs
There is a computer desk and office chair which can be added
This is property is well maintained so you will be expected to be very clean and very tidy
