Full 7 Days a Week but Monday - Friday might be considered for 450

Available is Single room, with own lounge [ double size ] and own bathroom [not en-suite but adjacent to bedroom].It is for a single person.

One other Main person lives in the house.[Downstairs] and he has his own Lounge ,Bedroom and bathroom, .

There is a third room upstairs but this is kept empty for when a friend visits and stays overnight once a fortnight.

Note , If applying it is nessesary to say what work you do for a living, your age and anything else that gives an insight into what sort of person you are


No couples, loud music or loud Tv [you will need to use headphones as it is very quiet downstairs]
Likewise No Drug takers and No working from Home..

The main person who lives downstairs is a family member , and also a co-owner of this house.. He is a smoker, but does so in his space only...no where else]

There is a computer desk and office chair which can be added
and you will have you own fridge and freezer
This is property maintained weekly so you will be expected to be very clean and tidy
