One other Main person lives in the house.[Downstairs] and they have own Lounge ,Bedroom and bathroom, but a freind is staying temporarily part time 3 days a week till end of July , he also has his own lounge also, but the upstairs bathroom wiill be shared with him until 31st July. [But hes not here a lot of the time anyway]
After which you will be the only person upstairs

Note , If applying it is nessesary to say what work you do for a living, your age and anything else that gives an insight into what sort of person you are

This is a very clean and quiet house,
No couples, loud music or loud TV or anyone on drugs
and No working from Home

The main person who lives downstairs a family member , who is a Carer .He is a smoker, but does so in his space only...no where else]

Most furniture in the lounge is brand new, and carpets have just been steam cleaned. There is a Tv and you will have your own fridge and separate freezer downstairs
There is a computer desk and office chair which can be added
This is property is well maintained so you will be expected to be very clean and tidy together with Mutual respect and consideration towards others.....This is a peacefull and calm house. Please only enquire if you like quietness and privacy

The rooms for rent now [ x1 bedroom and lounge] are available on the 26th June.
