This is a very clean and quiet house,
No couples, or friends co-sharing, or loud music

Lastly preferance will be given to those who don, t use too much oven cooking [ as this is a major drain on electricity bill], and also those who don, t want to use the property for entertaining guests regularly

Also the landlord who lives downstairs is a smoker, but does so in his space only...no where else]

Most furniture in the lounge is brand new, and carpets have just been steam cleaned. However the TV which is Brand New, may be changed for a smaller one
