I have a double room to rent in my house. Fully furnished. My house is just few minutes walk from a bus stop that takes you into chester (15 minutes) local amenities near by.
I have 2 dogs. So it really is essential you love dogs!
My partner stays usually 4 nights a week over the weekend. So we like as much privacy as possible at the weekend.
I am easy going, however looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful and willing to share with chores.
I work from home 2 days per week.
Would consider lower rent for Monday - Friday stay only - this option would most ideal
Require deposit and first months rent up front.
