Double room to rent with 1 female & 1 dog

I have a double room to rent in my house. Fully furnished. My house is just few minutes walk from a bus stop that takes you into Chester (15 minutes) local amenities near by.

I have 1 dog. So it really is essential you love dogs!
We could not have another dog live here, however would consider someone with a cat who is okay with dogs. (I have a cat flap)

I am easy going, however looking for someone who is quiet, clean, tidy, respectful and keeps themselves to themselves. 1 x shared bathroom (downstairs off the kitchen). Ideally looking for someone who keeps themselves to themselves

I work from home 2 days per week (desk is in the lounge) you have to walk through to get to the kitchen.

Would consider lower rent for Monday - Friday stay only.

Require deposit and first months rent up front.
