2 double rooms available to rent all bills inc

Hi, I’ve got 2 rooms to rent in my house in Gwernymynydd, near Mold. One slightly larger room but both doubles. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Good size garden and parking in carpark across the road. Mold is 20mins walk away.

I’m away with work a lot of the time currently so I won’t be there very much!

Looking for clean and tidy people who can respect each other and the house.
