The open-plan kitchen dining room has everything you could ever need and great for meeting and socialising.
Amazing outdoor garden space. Large driveway for parking.

Super-fast internet for anyone working from home or streaming across multiple devices.
Must be ok with my adorable cocker spaniel Stella. She’s very friendly and loves to be fussed.
I am very friendly and relaxed person. Professional occupation.
All previous lodgers, male and female have always felt very welcome and comfortable here. It’s perfect if you like to be social or if you prefer peace and quiet.
I also have no objections to vaping, but strictly no smoking.

This home is located within walking distance from Mold and is perfect for anyone looking to commute to Chester and surrounding areas.

Lovely local pub ‘The Griffin’ only a few minutes walk away.
