I currently only have my double room available with the elephant painting. This comes with a very comfortable double bed and use of the main bathroom.
This room has a wardrobe and bedside table with room under the bed for storage.
The house two separate lounges so there’s always a space to relax and watch tv.
The open-plan kitchen dining room has everything you could ever need and great for meeting and socialising.

Super-fast internet for anyone working from home or streaming.
Cleaner comes once every two weeks additionally to the routine cleaning.
Must be ok with my adorable cocker pup Stella. She’s very friendly and loves to be fussed.
I am very friendly and relaxed person. Professional occupation.
All lodgers, male and female have always felt very welcome and comfortable here. It’s perfect if you like to be social or if you prefer peace and quiet.
I also have no objections to vaping, but strictly no smoking.

This home is located within walking distance from Mold and is perfect for anyone looking to commute to Chester and surrounding areas.

Lovely local pub ‘The Griffin’ only a few minutes walk away.
