Rooms to let in large, secure country house.

I have rooms to let (females preferred) just outside Mold (CH7 ) in my large 17th century detached house on a private plot behind electric gates with open fields to the front and views of Moel Fammau.

The market town of Mold is just 1 mile away and Theatr Clwyd is within short walking distance.

There is a bus stop right outside with regular buses to Chester, Wrexham and surrounding areas, but if you drive there is secure private parking within the property behind the electric gates.

The room available has a double four poster bed.

There are 2 other rooms occupied and the room that is available is for short term lets ( overnight/ a few days/ week )

The room would come with shared use of family bathroom and the cost would be £65 per night inclusive of utilities, internet etc. paid in advance.
