Rooms to let in large, secure country house.

I have rooms to let just outside Mold (CH7 ) in my large 17th century detached house on a private plot behind electric gates with open fields to the front and views of Moel Fammau.
The shopping town of Mold is just 1 mile away and Theatr Clwyd is within short walking distance.
There is a bus stop right outside with regular buses to Chester, Wrexham and surrounding areas, but if you drive there is secure private parking within the property behind the electric gates.
I have a choice of large double rooms available, one has a four poster bed with open fire place, one has a sink with open fire place and other has private entrance and open fire place.
It's just me, partner and my little dog Peppa here at the moment but I am looking to let at least two of the rooms.

The room would come with exclusive use of one bathroom and the cost would be £600 per month inclusive of utilities, internet etc. paid monthly in advance by direct debit.
