**EN-SUITE DOUBLE ROOM TO RENT – TREWINT**

A lovely en-suite double bedroom is available to rent in Trewint, just 2 minutes from the A30 dual carriageway, with Launceston and Bodmin both approximately 15 minutes away.

The room is within a friendly family household with myself, my partner, our two children, two labradors and a cat so this would suit someone who is comfortable living in a family home and enjoys a relaxed, friendly environment.

We are looking for a single person in full-time employment, ideally someone who isn't around the house all the time. We both work from home occasionally so this wouldn't suit someone who works from home.

The room is a good-sized double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, giving you your own private space. There are two chest of drawers and a king size bed included. Bedding and towels can be provided if required but your more than welcome to use your own.

There will also be shared use of the kitchen, utility room, main bathroom and front garden. Being a family with two children we would request privacy within the kitchen area when eating our evening meals together. The living room, upstairs area and back garden are for our private use. All bills are included within the price. WiFi is also included and there is a shared tv in the kitchen or you can have your own tv in your bedroom.

Ideally, we're looking for someone who is:

• In full-time employment
• Clean, tidy and respectful of a shared home
• Friendly and easy-going
• Comfortable living in a family household with children and dogs
• Relatively independent and not looking for a party house
• A non-smoker
