- House share £600 pcm
- Bodinnick

Description
I am renting out my large twin bedroom, with its own private bathroom.
It has a large shower room, which will be shared, if I decide to rent out another room in the property.
I am a live-in landlord, however, I only spend a few days each month living at my property, as I am based in Bristol for work, so most the time you would have the run of the place.
The property has great views over the estuary to Fowey, it also has its own private parking space.
I am looking for a quiet and tidy individual.
The price includes all bills.
