Double Room Bodmin

I have a double room to rent in my bungalow.
I am in the process of modernising, however, the kitchen and living room are already done (shared areas).

There's plenty of off-road parking, an enclosed rear garden and it's right next to the Camel Trail.
The lounge has a TV and WiFi is included.
There is also both a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
All household bills are included in the rent.

My sister & her dog (& boxes of her stuff) are also living with me short term while she moves house. This should only be for a few more months.
I work away, so after my sister leaves you'll have the place to yourself most of the time.

The room is available from 1st May after my current lodger moves out.
