Double & Single Room Bodmin

I have a double room to rent in my bungalow.
I have just had a couple in on an emergency basis, but the room should be vacant by the end of September.
I work away, so most of the time you'll have the place to yourself. My mother and/or sister do occasionally stay while I'm away.
Apologies if it is relevant to you, but I am not currently considering couples, pets or smokers.

I am in the process of decorating, however, the kitchen and living room are already done (shared areas), as are the 2 bedrooms in question.

There's plenty of off-road parking, an enclosed rear garden and it's right next to the Camel Trail.
The lounge has a TV and WiFi is included.
There is also both a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
All household bills are included in the rent.

My sister has recently moved out, so I'm in the process now of sorting out what she's left behind and doing some maintenance while I have a chance. Otherwise, I'm fairly flexible on dates.
