Double Room Bodmin

I have a double room to rent in my bungalow.
I've only recently moved in, so I am in the process of modernising. However, the kitchen and living room are already done (shared areas)..

There's plenty of off-road parking, an enclosed rear garden and it's close to the camel trail.

The lounge has a TV, and WiFi is available.
There is also both a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
All household bills are included in the rent.

I work away, so most of the time you'll have the place to yourself.
The room is available 1st June after my current lodger moves out. I may be able to accommodate somebody early in a small bedroom for a reduced rate if absolutely necessary, before swapping on 1st June.
