We have a double bedroom with ensuite, separate bedroom set up as a lounge/diner/ office with fridge/freezer (fridge/freezer not shown in photos) and shared kitchen facilities within our non smoking house, for £650 per month including all bills, off road gated parking, high speed broadband.

We are between Kilkhampton and Stratton. Approximately 2.5 miles from Bude, postcode EX23 9LD. Access to A39 at end of road.

You need to be OK around cats (as we have three!), and in full time employment or education.

We are an open minded, hard working couple who are happy to have a lodger who wants interaction or just wants their own personal space. We live a tidy and peaceful life and are looking for a likeminded lodger.

We don't have children or grand children and are not looking to have anyone elses around the house at this time.

Please note that anyone lodging here will need their own transport, as public transport is very limited. It requires a bus and train journey to get to Exeter which takes approx two hours and requires you to leave Bude at 6:12 am, whilst driving would take approx 1.5 hours including approx 45 mins on unlit country roads.

If you are due to study at Exeter University it is really not viable to travel there daily from here without your own transport and we strongly recommend considering lodging options in Okehampton where there is a train and bus service to Exeter, which takes considerably less time.
