Double Room. All bills included. Superfast internet. Parking space. All amenities.
I have two friendly, clean, well behaved Dogs, they come with me to work etc. But you must be good with dogs.
I’m very clean & tidy and expect that the shared spaces are always kept fresh.
I don't smoke myself but smoking is fine outside. 420Friendly
Relaxed, respectful atmosphere at all times.
In a nutshell, I'm a car/bike guy, interested in motorsports, music, old movies etc a Cornish local.
I tend to live by the 11pm rule so around 11/midnight, the noise levels drop for consideration. Will suite a day worker.
I'm also a fan of; one person in the kitchen at a time. :)

*Can add wardrobe or chest of drawers to room if required.
