Suitcases can be stored in the Attic. Inclusive of Council Tax and reasonable Electric and Heating Usage, Water, Sewage, Refuse, and shared Use of the Bathroom (Shower Only) Sink & WC. (I have my own shower room) Also shared Use of Kitchen-Dining area and use of fridge-freezer, washing machine, cooker hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. Living Room: You may relax in part of my long lounge if I am not using it for socialising, and that is very rare. The driveway, front and rear entrances are covered by CCTV.
Government Right to Rent Checks need to be carried out regardless of nationality. Insurance requires a clean 5-year criminal record. Property is not suitable for pets or children.
This is the Landlord's private home and is a non-smoking, non-drug, non-alcohol residence. And it also means not returning to the property drunk or drugged up! There is no objection to smoking (tobacco) outside. If you desire a dry comfy room in a relaxed and peaceful home, then this is for you. If however, you want friends or boy-girl-friends to hang around with either in your room or stay over, then you need to find an HMO (House of Multiple Occupation) in which the landlord does not reside or your own place.
