Description
Room is a double room (for single occupancy) has double bed ,wardrobe ,chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. Share kitchen and bathroom. Room has its own fridge/freezer and kitchen cupboard space, share kitchen and bathroom The room is available from 4th May but is available to view immediately. Any questions please feel free to contact me. Please note I work long shifts during which I do not have access to my phone, please feel free to send a text or message on spare room or leave a voice mail and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Please note WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANYONE WORKING FROM HOME OR NIGHT SHIFT WORKERS DUE TO SHIFT PATTERNS. WE ARE ALSO UNABLE TO ACCEPT SLEEP OVERS.
We are right on the main bus route to Truro and Penzance and about a 10 minute walk to the main line train station. On road parking is available outside from 1800 until 0800 or a short walk away 24/7. You do need to be child and cat and dog friendly. We have a large garden which you are welcome to share. Use of washing machine and drier is included (max 2 loads per week) as is Wi Fi. We are looking for someone who likes their own space but is friendly. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions .
