This accommodation would be particularly suitable for healthcare professionals, NHS staff, teachers, contractors and others working in West Cornwall during the week.

This would suit someone who has a permanent home elsewhere in the UK and is looking for a high-quality weekday retreat rather than a full-time residence. Council tax is not required, as the room is not offered as a full-time residence.

The bedroom faces eastwards with a lovely outlook. There is a fold-up desk under the window, making it suitable for home working, together with a dresser and clothes rail so that belongings can be left during the week or over the weekend. Linen can be provided if required. Space is available in the kitchen cupboards and refrigerator for personal food and other essentials.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, leading out to a small courtyard with a washing line. There is a bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs. The living room has a dining table and television.

The property is surrounded by mature gardens, with two beautiful magnolias nearby and a private patio area for relaxing. Superfast broadband, central heating and free off-road parking are also included. These facilities are shared with me, although I am frequently away from home, offering more privacy than is typical in many live-in landlord arrangements.

The property is ideally located close to the A30, with Camborne railway station around a 15-minute walk away and regular bus services nearby. It is also within easy reach of some of Cornwall's most beautiful beaches.

I am tidy, considerate and quiet, and enjoy the peaceful garden setting in which the property is situated. I'm looking for a like-minded lodger who appreciates nature, tranquillity and a respectful living environment.

Well-behaved pets will be considered. No smoking or vaping inside the property.

Both short- and long-term arrangements will be considered.
