Large family bathroom, kitchen-diner-lounge, utility, large wildlife garden, courtyard etc.
BUS SERVICES to Truro, Camborne, Falmouth (EXETER UNI @ Penryn) & REDRUTH TRAIN STATION from bus stops in local villages (10min walk away).
World Heritage Site & mining trails on doorstep. Beautiful North & South Coast BEACHES only 20mins drive. Bikes & surf boards available to borrow.
