Looking for a lady to share my lovely cottage

This delightful cottage, lovingly restored and oozing charm, is situated in a quiet village on the outskirts of St Austell. As I spend months abroad, I am looking for someone who will look after and appreciate my home when I am away. The lodger would have her own double bedroom (with Smart t. v.) but will also have full run of the cottage, kitchen, living room and bathroom (unfortunately, sorry, there's no ensuite)..
The cottage has been lovingly restored with some beautiful features (granite fireplace with log fire, beamed ceilings, solid oak flooring, oak latched doors, modern kitchen and bathroom (bath and separate shower cubicle). The established garden is very private (up a private drive) with a vine-covered walkway to the patio that fronts the cottage.
I'm looking for a lady who is easy-going, good company very tidy, and hopefully might enjoy sharing some of the cooking. I have an excellent cleaner and gardener which would allow us to enjoy a comfortable life-style. If you feel that you might fit in, I can guarantee you peace and quiet in my home and I will of course, respect your personal space.
My choice for a female house-share is that I believe that a male / female house share would be more harmonious. I would also like to add that I have a female partner who lives in France (and this is where I live when I'm not in Cornwall).
