Shepherd's hut available for 6 month let

Our self-contained, cosy shepherd’s hut is in a very quiet location, not far from Gwithian. It is perfect for one person looking for a quiet few months.

We’re off the beaten track, in a small hamlet, with nearby farm shop (Trevaskis). Camborne station is a ten minute cycle ride away and we're just a ten minute drive to the long, sandy beach at Gwithian in St Ives bay.

The hut is at the end of our big garden, overlooking fields and has its own outside eating area and fire pit/bbq. You're also free to use the rest of the garden.

You'll see that the shepherd's hut has pretty much everything you'd need, including a small woodburning stove which makes it very cosy. There is a small fridge in the cupboard next to the sink, and there is access to a washing machine and tumble dryer at no extra cost.

There is storage under the bed and in a shed next to the shepherd's hut.

I live in the house and am currently studying in Plymouth, so out most days, and I spend a fair bit of time in the pottery studio by the house when I'm home. The other people here are a couple who rent my daughter's room and one other young woman.

Rental price includes bills and firewood.
