We’re offering our beautifully furnished, self-contained annex in a highly sought-after seaside village, just a 10-minute stroll to the beach. This 5-star rated holiday let is fully equipped and includes:

Ideal for a single working professional. We may consider two working professionals for an additional cost.

Important to know:

£950 is for single occupancy.
Couples will be £1150 per month.

We do not have a washing machine. Price reflects this. There are ample laundrettes in the area.

Not suitable for remote/home working.
Must be clean, tidy, and respectful of the space and furnishings
This is a high-quality holiday let and we expect it to be treated as such
We (a friendly couple with a 5-year-old) live next door and you'll see us occasionally.

We expect you to keep the space ventilated to avoid damp and moisture in the colder wetter months and will supply a dehumidifier & will will check once a month to make sure there is no mould build up. This is very important for keeping the space fresh, ventilated and to avoid damp.

Ideally start 8th Oct onwards but can be flexible.
Minimum 3-month let. No pets or smokers, sorry. We are open to a longer term let also but minimum term 3 months.
