We’re offering our beautifully furnished, self-contained annex in a highly sought-after seaside village, just a 10-minute stroll to the beach. This 5-star rated holiday let is fully equipped and includes:

Ideal for a single working professional. We may consider two working professionals for an additional cost.

Important to know:

Not suitable for remote/home working
Must be clean, tidy, and respectful of the space and furnishings
This is a high-quality holiday let and we expect it to be treated as such
We (a friendly couple with a 4-year-old) live next door and you'll see us occasionally.

We expect you to keep the space ventilated to avoid damp and moisture in the colder wetter months and will supply a dehumidifier & will will check once a month to make sure there is no mould build up. This is very important for keeping the space fresh, ventilated and to avoid damp.

Ideally start 1st Dec - 31st May but can be flexible.
Minimum 6-month let. No pets or smokers, sorry. We are open to a longer term let also but minimum term 6 months.
