We (a friendly couple with a 4-year-old) live next door and you'll see us occasionally.
We expect you to keep the space ventilated to avoid damp and moisture in the colder wetter months and will supply a dehumidifier & will will check once a month to make sure there is no mould build up. This is very important for keeping the space fresh, ventilated and to avoid damp.
If you’re a quiet, working professional looking for a peaceful home near the sea, this might be the perfect fit.
Ideally start 1st Dec - 31st May but can be flexible.
Minimum 6-month let. No pets or smokers, sorry. We are open to a longer term let also but minimum term 6 months.
