We have a very large double room to rent in a beautiful and incredibly spacious shared flat near the sea. Sharing with two professional ladies.
Located in the charming village of Cubert, on the outskirts of Newquay, this property sits in the centre of a peaceful community, and is well-located beside the post office/village shop and bakery/coffee shop. The sea is less than 1 mile away at the beautiful surfing beach at Holywell bay. There is great walking and cycling in all directions and a varied collection of pubs nearby. Buses frequently stop in the village between Truro, Perranporth and Newquay. It is an 8 minute car journey to the nearest supermarket in Newquay and a 20-minute drive to RCH Treliske.
There is a large roof terrace on top of the property, with sea views towards Poly Joke beach, Crantock and the sea. Sunsets on the roof are incredible.
A large kitchen comes with all amenities, and the comfortable sitting room has a large sofa and a 42 inch TV.
Electricity (EPC rating - C) is supplemented by a powerful solar system on the roof so will be significantly cheaper than standard rates and even free if used wisely on sunny days. The hot water is also connected to the solar system so is subsidised by the solar.
The current occupants are two lovely female professionals.
