Double Room + Ensuite

All bills included, including a cleaner, house is approx 10mins walk from Swanpool. Coop/Boslowick shops about 5 mins away and Penmere train station about 10 mins. Parking available outside the property. Lovely clean house, room has loads of storage. Own bathroom and use of a seperate lounge to us (see pics) plus off street parking. The seperate lounge is where I work, so when i'm not working happy for you to use, there is however also a tv in your room.

Myself and my husband live at the property with our sons (7 and out 5 month old) Our 7 year old's room would be opposite the room in question so we ask no overnight guests. Our house is 3 storey so the space works really well. With many of our previous tenants we've had no clue whether they are in or out. As I work from home, we tend to find that someone who is not home based works better. We are at home a lot at the moment given the age of our youngest and very much a family house in and out doing lots of activities etc. My work very much happens in between the kids when I can get 5 minutes, so someone who doesn't mind children is obviously a must!

Rent will be an initial 6 months contract, references etc carried out by an agent. Deposit held in a gov scheme.
