All bills included, including a cleaner, house is approx 10mins walk from Swanpool. Lovely clean house, room has loads of storage. Off street parking.

The house is situated on 3 floors, the room is a double with a bathroom next to the bedroom which would be your own. We have 2 living rooms downstairs, one of which you would be able to use.

Myself and my husband own the property with our son (6) His room would be opposite the room in question so we just ask you are mindful of noise later in the evening. No overnight guests.

Someone who is clean and tidy a must!

There will be a suitable tenancy put in place for your protection and ours along with the necessary references/checks carried out by an agent. Deposit will be held in a deposit protection scheme.

Rent will be an initial 6 months contract, happy to negotiate on this though should you wish a longer initial contract and then we leave it on a rolling month basis.
