Whole house available - bright and airy, fully furnished 2-bedroom semi-detached home, a 15-minute walk from Swanpool Beach.

I'm travelling up to St Andrews for work for November & December, so looking for a short-term let to fill the house while I'm away :)

The house is in Boslowick, a quiet and friendly residential area, while still being within easy reach of Falmouth town and the beaches.

Downstairs there’s a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and a cosy conservatory overlooking the garden. Upstairs are two good-sized bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, large built in wardrobe and drawers.
Bedroom 2: Double bed, wardrobe, drawers and desk.
Bathroom has a toilet and walk-in shower.

Outside, there’s a lovely cottage garden with outdoor seating. There's off-road parking for one car plus additional on-street parking outside the house.

Rent includes all bills: Council Tax, internet, electricity, gas and water.

£700 per person / £1,500 for the whole house.

The house would suit a couple, or also happy to consider individuals looking to buddy up.
