Ideally suited to a mature postgraduate student or young working professional. This is a very peaceful flat in a lovely location - we are looking for someone friendly, easy-going, kind, tidy and respectful, this definitely isn't a party house.

The Flat is on the private Packet Quays development. It’s a great spot where you can swim and paddleboard from right outside, we get the sunrise on the balcony each morning, it’s very close to town but tucked out of the way so it’s nice and quiet, lots of nice pubs very close etc.
