All amenities in house to share but i ask people to provide their own bedding.

All bills included in weekly rent.
No overnight stays unless agreed with myself.

Also available to students looking for long term accomadation ..seperate rate september to end june-£185/week.
When my partner and I are at home we clean the communal areas and look after the garden so it is comfortable for us all.
No rules just mutual respect and consideration for each other .
I do ask everyone for £10 each month for shared domestic items which i buy.
