Peaceful location near town, countryside and great walking routes

A lovely, spacious double room is available in my home, with the added benefit of your own private lounge and private bathroom with shower over bath.

The bedroom is fully furnished and overlooks the garden and a neighbouring field with trees, making it a really peaceful place to wake up. There’s a 43-inch Smart TV in the bedroom, another TV in the private lounge, super-fast broadband and all bills are included.

You’ll have access to the shared kitchen and dining room, while also having your own separate lounge and bathroom — so there’s plenty of space to relax and have some privacy.

The house is in a quiet location right on the edge of the countryside, with lovely walking and running routes from the doorstep, while still being conveniently located for town.

A little about me

I’m a friendly, active person and work as a Physiotherapist at Falmouth Hospital. I also volunteer with Falmouth RNLI. I’m generally out and about quite a lot during the week, particularly with work, running and other activities, although I’m usually around on Mondays and Fridays.

I enjoy Parkrun most Saturdays, run with a local running club during the week and also do yoga. I’m looking for someone who would enjoy a friendly, relaxed home rather than a formal house-share.

I occasionally look after a very quiet, well-behaved Golden Retriever, who is a local PAT dog, usually for a weekend about once a month. Unfortunately, because he is older and doesn’t get on well with other animals now, I’m not able to accept pets.

The arrangement would start with a trial month, giving us both a chance to make sure it works well, and then we can take it from there.
