Spacious Double Room with Private Bathroom – Peaceful Location Near Town & Countryside

A lovely double room available in my home — complete with its own private bathroom (shower over bath), double bed, large TV, and comfortable sofa.

The house is in a quiet location, right on the edge of the countryside with great walks and running routes from the doorstep, yet still handy for town.

The room overlooks the garden and a field with trees next door.

You’ll have access to the kitchen and dining room, however the main lounge will be kept private. However, there’s also a spare TV room you could potentially use during the week, and of course there’s a TV and sofa in the bedroom for your own space.

I work in healthcare and recently started volunteering with the RNLI in Falmouth. I’m usually out most of the week, sometimes around Monday and Fridays. I park run most Saturdays and run with a local run club in the week and yoga once a week too.

I occasionally look after a quiet, well-behaved golden retriever (a local PAT dog) once or twice a month for a weekend. For that reason, I’m afraid I can’t accept pets, as he struggles with other animals now he’s older.

The arrangement would start with a trial month, and we can take it from there.
