Room Available in Falmouth

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a furnished two-bedroom flat. The rent is £565 per month for the single bedroom, including bills, with electricity charged separately by the landlord quarterly.
The flat has a shared kitchen/living area and bathroom. There is also a larger double room for £615 per month. My current flatmate is interested in the double room, but as neither of us have moved in yet, there may be some flexibility if you would prefer the double room.
The other tenant is my friend, who is easy-going, respectful and tidy. I'm looking for someone because my course was unfortunately cancelled after I signed the tenancy, so I won't be staying in Falmouth. The exact move-in date is flexible depending on the arrangement.
The property is in a convenient location and easy to get to both campuses.
