This is a listing for a double bedroom with a balcony and sea view in a great location (2 mins walk from town centre, 15 mins walk from beaches). The flat is on the top floor (third floor) of a building with two other flats. The flat itself has two floors with living, dining, kitchen, study and bathroom on the first floor and two bedrooms upstairs. The double bedroom for rent has its own private balcony and there is also a larger garden/terrace balcony on the first floor.

The room id available for up to 6 months from 1st Dec but happy for shorter term lets if needed. The room is 715 a month with all bills included.

I’m looking for someone who works out of the house ideally, as I work from home, and someone who is tidy and respectful of space. Ideally kind and friendly too :)

A bit about me: on the evenings and weekends I like crafting , film nights, going outside for hikes and swims , and going for a lil pint at the pub. I tend to go to bed pretty early on the weeknights and get up early for gym so people who are up late and loud might not be best mix! On the weekends I might be out later but will always be quiet and respectful on returning :)

The room has eaves storage with large boxes in for your things , there are also a couple of beside table with drawers and a desk. I also have a wardrobe that I can assemble if you’d like it!

I have cutlery pots and pans etc. and bedding and everything so don’t feel you have to bring too much !
