Looking for a friendly student to take over my bright ground floor double ensuite (with shower) room in 28 Albany Road Falmouth. The house is situated opposite a local convenience shop and is a five minute walk from Falmouth town centre. Wifi is included with rent however bills are extra and the current tenants have sorted a package deal out for unlimited utilitys that costs £80 a month each. The room comes with a bed, desk and wardrobe toilet and shower. There is a shared living room and kitchen area. Parking is on street.
My housemates are all in the second year at university studying art, interior design, politics, textiles and gaming. They are extremely welcoming people who enjoy pub and film nights. They are very respectful and tidy with a range of vegetarian and non vegetarian diets.
